Tahmina reelected chairman, Mesbahuddin vice chairman of Takaful Islami Ins

The 145th meeting of the board of directors of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held in the city on Saturday, says a press release.

The meeting unanimously reelected Tahmina Afroz as chairman of the company for the year 2025-2026. Engr Khondakder Mesbahuddin Ahmed also elected as vice chairman.

Besides, the meeting elected Md Masudur Rahman as Chairman of Investment Committee, Khorshed Alam Khan as Chairman of Policyholder Protection and Compliance Committee and Jahirul Islam as Chairman of Risk Management Committee for the year 2025-2026.
