Walton officials announce after-sales service and offer programme at an event at the Walton's corporate office in the capital on Wednesday. Walton has announced a five-year warranty for some PCB (Printed Circuit Board) models of its locally manufactured air conditioners (ACs).
Additionally, customers are enjoying a 10-year guarantee on the compressors of Walton Inverter ACs, while Walton non-inverter ACs come with a 5-year compressor guarantee, including a one-year replacement warranty.
These benefits are available starting February 1, 2025.
The electronics giant announced these facilities at a programme on after-sales service held at the Walton's corporate office in the capital on Wednesday, says a statement.
The event was attended by Walton Plaza's Managing Director Md Rayhan, Walton Hi-Tech's Additional Managing Directors (AMD) Nazrul Islam Sarker and Yousuf Ali, DMD Mofizur Rahaman Jakir, AC's Chief Business Officer (CBO) Tanvir Rahman, Deputy CBO Sondip Biswas, Head of Sales (Walton Distributor Network) Firoz Alam, Chief Service Officer Neamul Haque and Deputy chief marketing officer Zoheb Ahmed.
Walton also announced an AC Exchange Offer, allowing customers to buy Walton's new air conditioners with a 25 per cent discount in exchange for their used ACs of any brands. In addition, all the customers of Walton ACs are now enjoying free installation facility.
Walton has 82 service centres across the country under the ISO-certified Service Management System to provide fast and best after-sales service.
