WORKSHOP ON BANCASSURANCE

A two-day intensive workshop titled "Bancassurance in Bangladesh: Regulatory, Operational & Sales Readiness" was held at the University of Dhaka. The workshop was jointly organised by the Master of Professional Banking (MPB) Program of the Department of Banking and Insurance, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka, and Bankers Club of Bangladesh Limited. Prof Dr. Mahmood Osman Imam, Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka, attended the inaugural ceremony on Friday as the chief guest while Prof Dr. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Chairman of the Department of Banking and Insurance, was present as the special guest and Prof Dr. Md. Main Uddin of the Department of Banking and Insurance as the guest of honour. Md. Rashed Akter, President of Bankers Club, Prof Dr. Abdullah Al Mahmud, Coordinator of the MPB Program, and Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman (Aryan), Learning Development Secretary of Bankers Club, were also present.
