Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Munshi Shafiul Haque in the chair. Other directors of the company Moinul Islam, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Finance; Md Fayekuzzaman, independent director, Md Sarwar Kamal, Shawkat Ali Waresi, independent director, Kazi Sanaul Hoq, Managing Director of ICB, Mohammed Bin Quasem and Md Abdul Awal, Managing Director of the company, were present.
At the meeting, shareholders discussed the activities of the company, including its development programmes, and approved the audited accounts for the period of July 2016 to June 2017.
The meeting also approved 18 per cent cash dividend for the same period.
