58th meeting of the Board of Directors of SBL Capital Management

The 58th meeting of the Board of Directors of SBL Capital Management Limited was held on Wednesday at its Head Office in Dhaka. Chairman of the Board Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by Members of the Board S. A. M. Hossain, Gulzar Ahmed, Md. Habibur Rahman, Sheikh Omar Faruque, Faria Sultana Suma, Tasnia Hussain, Joobaida Khan, Intishar Mostafa Chowdhury and Aniva Saha. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director; Md. Mizanur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary of Standard Bank PLC, and Md. Noruzzaman Khondoker, Chief Executive Officer (Acting) of SBL Capital Management, were also present.
