The 29th annual general meeting (AGM) of ACI Formulations PLC was held on Sunday on a digital platform. M Anis Ud Dowla, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved 25% cash dividend for the financial year ending on June 30, 2025. Managing Director of the company Susmita Anis highlighted the business achievements and addressed the issues raised by the shareholders.
