AGM of Linde Bangladesh Limited held

The 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Linde Bangladesh Limited was held virtually on Wednesday in compliance with all the applicable circulars issued by the Regulatory Authorities. Abhijit Banerjee, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Faridul Hoque Sikder, Tanjib-Ul Alam, Shehzad Munim, Farzanah Chowdhury, Milan Sadhukhan and Rajesh Chand Kaushik, Directors of the company, were present during the meeting. Muhammad Asaduzzaman, Chief Financial Officer, and Abu Mohammad Nisar FCS, Company Secretary, were also present.
