AGRANI EXCHANGE HOUSE HOLDS 23RD AGM IN SINGAPORE

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the 38th Board Meeting of Singapore-based Agrani Exchange House Private Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC, were held at a hotel in Singapore recently. The meetings were chaired by Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of both Agrani Exchange House Private Limited Singapore and Agrani Bank. Md. Anwarul Islam, CEO of Agrani Bank and Director on the Board of Agrani Exchange House Singapore; Mir Md. Bayazid Hossain, CEO and Executive Director of Agrani Exchange House Singapore; and Md. Azizul Islam, Operations Manager; attended the meetings. Also present were representatives from Link Management, the accounting firm serving Agrani Exchange House; the local audit firm CC Yang & Co.; and the corporate secretarial service provider Ducorp Services Private Limited. The meetings featured a comprehensive review of the business performance of Agrani Exchange House for the year 2024, approval of the annual financial statements, and adoption of the business targets and budget for the year 2025.
