Al-Arafah Islami Bank donates Tk 0.8m to Dhaka National Medical College

Al-Arafah Islami Bank has donated Tk 0.8 million to Dhaka National Medical College as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. The donation was made for the purchase of surgical medical equipment for the college's urology department and dental chairs for the dental unit. Managing Director (Acting) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan handed over the cheque to the college's Principal Professor Dr. Md. Shamsur Rahman at a ceremony at the National Medical College on Monday. Vice Principal of the college Dr. Md. Afzal Hossain, Deputy Managing Director of the bank Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, Senior Executive Vice President Md. Idris Ali, Executive Vice President Jalal Ahmed and top executives from both institutions were present at the event.
