AL-ARAFAH ISLAMI BANK HOLDS 427th BOARD MEETING

Al-Arafah Islami Bank held the 427th meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, with Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar in the chair. The meeting fixed August 14 as the date for the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank, which will be held virtually. The meeting also set the record date for the AGM on June 29. Directors of the bank Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan and Managing Director (Current Charge) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan attended the meeting.
