Al-Arafah Islami Bank inaugurates training workshop on leadership skills

A two-day training course on "Connect, Influence, Grow: Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Excellence" has begun at the Training Institute of Al-Arafah Islami Bank. Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the training workshop as the chief guest on Sunday. The training workshop was presided over by Senior Executive Vice President & Principal of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Training Institute (AIBTI) Md. Abdur Rahim Duary. Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zia's Language Center, Canada, Khondaker Zia Hasan was present as the resource person. Senior Vice President of the bank Touhid Siddique, Senior Assistant Vice President S. M. Zulkar Nayen, and Assistant Vice President Md Farhad Ul Alam were also present. A total of 31 employees of the bank are participating in the programme.
