A delegation of Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC) led by the newly-elected President Azam J. Chowdhury met the Chairman of BSEC, Prof Khairul Hossain recently. The newly- elected EC of BAPLC headed by its President Mr. Azam J. Chowdhury met with the Chairman of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) recently at the Securities Commission Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka.
BAPLC is the top body of the companies listed with the stock exchanges of Bangladesh.
After exchanging greetings, the President, BAPLC raised some important issues specially the digitalization of Annual Reports of PLCs for the Commission's consideration. Other important points raised by the both sides relating to the capital market were also discussed, said a statement.
