Bengal Commercial Bank holds 5th Annual General Meeting

Bengal Commercial Bank held its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at a hotel in Dhaka recently. Md Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank and President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), presided over the meeting. Engr Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the bank, joined the meeting along with other Directors and sponsor-shareholders. Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO, was also present. The AGM approved the financial statements, audited balance sheet, profit & loss accounts and declared dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2024.
