bKash, the country's largest mobile financial services (MFS) provider, has won the "Visa Payment Excellence Awards-2024" in two categories for its significant contribution to the digital payment ecosystem. By enabling highest volume of transactions through bKash wallet, the company has won in the "Wallet Partnership" category for three times in a row. Additionally, bKash has won in the "Product Innovation" category for launching direct Visa payment facility from the bKash app. Nishat Rahman, Chief Customer Service Officer of bKash, received the award from Rafeza Akhter, Director, Payment System Department, Bangladesh Bank, at the award ceremony held at a hotel in Dhaka recently.
