BRAC Bank has appointed 55 new talents as Young Leaders through its signature onboarding initiative -- the Young Leaders' Programme (YLP), says a press release.
The one-year programme provides structured learning opportunities and 360-degree exposure to different functions within the bank, offering a sustainable and ambitious career path.
This recruitment is part of BRAC Bank's strategy to double its business by 2025. The young Leaders are expected to drive innovation and foster a vibrant corporate environment. Upon successful completion of this development programme, these young talents will be placed in different roles in the bank based on their interests and capabilities.
As part of the onboarding initiative, the Young Leaders underwent a comprehensive and rigorous selection process, including psychometric assessments, personality profiling, and competency-based interviews conducted by independent professionals. This process ensures that only the best and most suitable candidates are chosen for the programme.
Every year, BRAC Bank appoints fresh graduates under this flagship recruitment initiative, which has created enthusiasm among Bangladesh's fresh graduates.
The new batch was warmly welcomed at an induction ceremony recently at the bank's head office in Dhaka, attended by the bank's senior management.
Managing Director and CEO Selim R. F. Hussain reiterated BRAC Bank's unwavering commitment to developing future leaders, emphasizing the importance of fresh perspectives in achieving the bank's ambitious growth goals.
