CHITTAGONG STOCK EXCHANGE HOLDS 30TH AGM

Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) held its 30th annual general meeting (AGM) in the Conference Hall of the CSE Building in the port city on Thursday. CSE Chairman AKM Habibur Rahman presided over the meeting. The AGM was attended by Board members Dr. Mahmud Hassan, Naznin Sultana, Major (Retd.) Emdadul Islam, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury and Shahjada Mahmud Chowdhury. Also, present were M. Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar, Managing Director, and Rajib Saha, Company Secretary. Shareholders unanimously approved a cash dividend of 3.5% for the financial year 2024-25.
