Country witnesses robust dev: Maya

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya has said that the country has witnessed massive development as a result of sincere efforts and commitment of the Awami League (AL)-led government.

"Awami League government should come to power again for continuation of development process," he told a public rally on the ground of Matlab Uattar Upazila Sangram High School in Chandpur town, an official release said, reports BSS.

President of Jubo League of Dhaka City North Mainul Hossain Nikhil, among others, addressed the rally with Secretary of Matlab Uttar upazila unit of AL MA Quddus in the chair.

Maya said there is no alternative to Awami League government for building a prosperous country.

He urged the pro-liberation forces to extend their support to the government for making Bangladesh an economically-developed nation.
