EASTERN HOUSING LIMITED HOLDS 60TH AGM

The 60th Annual General Meeting of Eastern Housing Limited was held virtually on Wednesday. Independent Director of the company Md. Rafiqul Islam presided over the AGM. Members of the Board of Directors Suraiya Islam, Abu Luthfe Fazle Rahim Khan, Abdur Rahim Choudhury, Mostafizur Rahman, and Independent Director Kashem Humayun, Managing Director Dhiraj Malakar, Company Secretary Salim Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer Md Asadul Islam, and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting. The shareholders also approved 19% cash dividend for the year 2023-24.
