EASTERN LUBRICANTS BLENDERS HOLDS 56TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 56th Annual General Meeting of Eastern Lubricants Blenders PLC was held virtually on Saturday. Chairman of Petrobangla and ELB PLC Md Rezanur Rahman presided over the meeting. Directors of the Board Md Abdul Matin, Kabir Mahmood and Shahina Sultana, Shareholder Director Md Shahadat Hossen, Managing Director Mohammad Shahidul Alam, Company Secretary Abu Mohammad Saifuddin, and CFO Md Rezaul Karim Siddique attended the meeting. After approval of the audited financial statements for the year ending on June 30, 2024, the shareholders approved an 80 per cent cash dividend and a 10 per cent stock dividend per share for 2023-24.
