"The observance of the day will help develop the sector further," IDRA chairman Mr Patwari said.

He said through observance of the day the people would be more aware about the sector.

He said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would inaugurate the day at 10:00 am at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC).

The IDRA chairman said the IDRA would bring out a large rally on the day at Manik Mia Avenue on the day. Besides, an insurance fair would also be organised at the BICC where about 86 stalls will display their products and services.
