Food festival at Pan Pacific Sonargaon ends tomorrow

Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka observed the World Tourism Day by joining tourism rally on Wednesday and organising a four-day Bangladeshi food festival at the hotel.

The World Tourism Day-2017 presents a unique opportunity to raise awareness about the contribution of sustainable tourism to development among the public and private sector decision-makers and the international community while mobilising all stakeholders to work together in making tourism a stimulus for positive change, a press statement said on Thursday.

Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka's staff along with the staff of the hotel's owning organisation Hotels International Limited participated in a huge, festive rally from Matshya Bhaban to the TSC of Dhaka University. General Manager of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka Paul Flett also joined the rally and enjoyed the festivities very much.KM Abdus Salam, Additional Secretary, and Managing Director of Hotels International Limited, also took part in the rally.

Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka has also organised a four-day Bangladeshi Food Festival to conclude on September 30 at its Café Bazar Restaurant, where one can savour the delectable flavours of different regions of Bangladesh.
