Gold price goes up by Tk 1,400 per bhori

The price of gold in the local market will go up by Tk 1,400 per bhori (11.664 grams) from today (Monday).

According to the new rate, 22-carat gold will be sold at Tk 49,339 per bhori while 21-carat Tk 47,123 and 18-carat Tk 41,874, according to a Bangladesh Jewellers' Association press release issued on Sunday.
