GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited (GSPB) has signed an agreement for Issue Management & Trustee Services for issuance of 'GSP Non-convertible Fully Redeemable Coupon Bearing Bond of Tk 200 crore (Tk 2,000 million)' with ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML) in the city recently.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GSPB Abu Zafar Hedaytul Islam and CEO of ICML Md. Sohel Rahman signed the deal on behalf of their respective companies at a ceremony at GSPB Company premises, says a statement.

GSPB Chairman Feroz U. Haider and other senior executives and officials of both of the organisations were also present.
