Huawei provides housing support for flood victims

Huawei Bangladesh has started providing housing support for flood-affected people, reports BSS.

In the second phase of its flood relief initiative this year, the tech giant is building houses on the land of flood victims and delivering those to them free of cost, said a press release. Four families of Parshuram and Feni sadar upazilas have already received houses.

Lin Hai (Haven), board member of Huawei South Asia, formally handed over the houses to the flood-victims. Ahmed Imtiaz Jami, Founder and President of Obhizatrik Foundation, was also present.

Huawei, in collaboration with Obhizatrik Foundation, will provide houses to 21 more families soon.
