IFIC Bank PLC arranges a special event titled 'Celebrating Career Progression' to honour 136 officers who were promoted to various positions at the IFIC Tower in Dhaka on Sunday. A total of 136 officers of IFIC Bank PLC were promoted to various positions in October in recognition of professional competence, dedication, and relentless efforts in advancing the institution.
With this, as part of the ongoing process of professional excellence, the total number of officers promoted to various positions has reached 913 this year, says a press release.
On the occasion, a special event titled "Celebrating Career Progression" was held at the IFIC Tower in Dhaka on Sunday. The event was attended by Managing Director Syed Mansur Mustafa along with members of the senior management team.
At the programme, promotion letters were ceremoniously handed over to 40 officers in person, while 96 officers working in different branches and sub-branches across the country received their letters virtually.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa said: "Those who have consistently demonstrated silent dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment are the true strength of IFIC Bank. It is your hard work, sense of responsibility, and loyalty that have brought the institution to where it stands today.
