Janata Capital and Investment Limited holds Annual General Meeting

The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Janata Capital and Investment Limited (JCIL), a subsidiary company of Janata Bank PLC, was held in Dhaka on Saturday. Md Mazibur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JCIL and the Managing Director of Janata Bank, presided over the meeting. All Directors and Shareholders of JCIL, DMDs of the Janata Bank Md Golam Mortuza and Md Nurul Alam, Chief Executive of JCIL Shahidul Hoque, Company Secretary Shibesh Kirttania and other executives and officers of JCIL attended the meeting. With the consent of the Shareholders in the AGM, the company declared a cash dividend of Tk 20 million in favour of Janata Bank PLC.
