JCI Chittagong Cosmopolitan gets new president

CHATTOGRAM, Dec 25: Asim Kumar Das has been elected president of Junior Chamber International Chittagong Cosmopolitan (JCICC) in its general assembly held at Khulsi Club in the port city on Tuesday, a statement of the Chamber said.

Following are the other office-bearers elected by the general assembly for 2019:

Mashfique Ahmed Rushad (IPLC post), Shahidul Mostafa Chowdhury Mizan (executive vice president), Jobair Khan and Abu Bakar Shahed (vice presidents), Engineer SM Ashiqur Rahman (general secretary), Raju Ahmed (treasurer), Borhan Uddin Shahed (general legal councilor) and Md Rubaiyat Shafi (assistant to the president).

The directors elected to the new committee on Tuesday are: Md Selim, Tipu Sultan Sikder, Jasir Chowdhury, Sultana Nahid Adiba, Jalal Hossain and Saiful Islam.
