Chairman of BSCIC Md. Mostaque Hassan NDC, Director General of BITAC Anwar Hossain Chowdhury and Managing Director of Karmasangsthan Bank Md. Tajul Islam signed MoUs on Bangabandhu Jubo Rin on behalf of their respective organisations on Wednesday Karmasangsthan Bank introduced Bangabandhu Jubo Rin (Bangabandhu Youth Credit), a loan programme for the trained unemployed youths to observe the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, says a statement.
The bank signed two separate MoUs with Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) and Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Center (BITAC) on Wednesday at the bank's board room. Its main purpose is to provide loans under the 'Bangabandhu Youth Credit' programme for self-employment of qualified entrepreneurs trained from BSCIC and BITAC in Mujib year.
