Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Directors Sabita Ferdoushi, Reaz Uddin Ahmed, Lt. Col. M Shamsuddin Ahmed (Retd.), N. C. Rudra, Independent Directors Professor Md. Ansar Ali, Md. Yousuf Ali Howlader and Mohammad Ahsan Ibne Kabir and Chief Executive Officer A. N. M. Fazlul Karim Munshi also attended the meeting.
The shareholders approved 10% cash dividend in the Annual General Meeting for the year 2019.
