Lamudi launches campaign on fifth anniversary

Lamudi, an online real estate marketplace in Bangladesh, launched a special campaign styled 'Amar Shohor, Amar Gorbo' to mark its fifth founding anniversary.

Co-founder and managing director of Lamudi Anne Maria Hermans inaugurated the social campaign at a city hotel in the capital on Tuesday.

Hermans said Lamudi's campaign invites individuals to capture the unique character of the city with a selfie picture.

"At this moment, more than 80 million people receive online facility in Bangladesh. It would be absolutely stunning if we, as a nation, make the biggest rooftop selfie record in the whole world."

By using the hastag#AmarShohorAmarGorbo and #Lamudi BD, all photos will be uploaded on the website www.amarshohoramarGorbo.com.

The photos will be tagged by city, area and season to optimise performance on Google and beyond to make Bangladesh visible all over the world.

Apart from this, it made the slide presentation on the progress of the real estate sector.

Lamidi operates as a facilitator between individuals and organisations looking to buy, rent or sell their products.
