MAGURA MULTIPLEX PLC HOLDS 36TH AGM

The 36th annual general meeting (AGM) of Magura Multiplex PLC was held in a hybrid mode on Monday. Mustafa Kamal Mohiuddin, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved 11% cash dividend at the meeting. Mostafa Jamal Mohiuddin, Director, Md Mobarok Hossain, Managing Director, Advocate Golam Kibria, Director, Md Mustafizur Rahman, Company Secretary, and Naimul Islam, Chief Financial Officer, attended the meeting in person while Md Rezaul Islam, Director, Prof Dr Rafiqul Islam, Independent Director, and Prof Dr Nafisa Rownak, Independent Director, joined the meeting virtually.
