Minister stresses professional skills of seafarers

CHITTAGONG, Sept 28 (BSS): Shipping Minister Sahjahan Khan on Thursday urged the seafarers of National Maritime Institute (NMI) to work with professional efficiency so that foreign shipping companies recruit more Bangladeshis in their vessels.

The Minister was addressing as the chief guest the passing out parade of 17th batch Pre-Sea Ratings of NMI and the 6th batch Madripur branch of NMI held at the NMI parade field of Saltgola in the port city.
