NCC Bank holds workshop on mental health for women employees

NCC Bank has recently organised a mental health awareness workshop titled "Mind Matters: Workplace Mental Health Talk for Women" for its women employees at its head office, reaffirming its commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and healthy workplace environment. The session was conducted by renowned psychiatrist Dr. Nasim Jahan, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at BIRDEM General Hospital and Ibrahim Medical College. The workshop was moderated by Nighat Mumtaz, EVP and Head of Sustainable and Women's Banking at the bank. A total of 142 women officials from the bank participated in the session, while female employees from branches across the country joined virtually through digital platforms.
