New batch of management trainee officers joins NCC Bank

An orientation programme for the newly-appointed management trainee officers at NCC Bank was recently held at the bank's head office. The event was attended by the bank's Managing Director, M. Shamsul Arefin, along with Additional Managing Director, M. Khurshed Alam, and Deputy Managing Directors, Md. Habibur Rahman, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, and Head of Human Resources Division Rishad Hossain. Managing Director M. Shamsul Arefin welcomed the newcomers and stated that in the current era, the banking sector is becoming increasingly dependent on artificial intelligence and financial technology. Therefore, it is not sufficient for a bank officer to only have professional knowledge; innovative thinking, hard work, and ethics are equally critical.
