New DMDs of SBAC Bank

Salim Chowdhury and Mamunur Rashid Molla

Mohammed Salim Chowdhury and Md Mamunur Rashid Molla have been promoted to deputy managing director (DMD) of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited, says a press statement.

Prior to their new assignment, they were senior executive vice president of the bank.

Salim Chowdhury started his banking career with United Commercial Bank Ltd. as an officer in 1987.

He has more than three decades of banking experience in diversified fields, including exposure as branch manager in NCC Bank and Premier Bank.

He obtained B Com (Honours) and M Com (Accounting) degrees from the University of Chittagong.

Mamunur Rashid Molla started his banking career with Islami Bank in 1989.

He has almost three decades of banking experience in diversified fields, including exposure as branch manager in National Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, Premier Bank and Prime Bank Ltd.

He obtained bachelor degree from the University of Dhaka and MBA from the University of Information Technology & Science (UITS), Dhaka.
