Int'l motor show

A three-day international motor show, along with concurrent expositions of bikes, commercial vehicles and auto parts, will begin in the city today (Thursday) to exhibit new products and solutions to the country's growing consumer class. CEMS Bangladesh in association with CEMS Global is organising the 14th edition of the 'Dhaka Motor Show' at the International Convention City Bashundhara. The 5th Dhaka Bike Show 2019, the 3rd Dhaka Commercial Vehicle Show 2019, and the 4th Dhaka Auto Parts Show 2019 will also take place simultaneously at the same venue, organisers said on Wednesday. Some 265 exhibitors from 16 countries will showcase their products and services in more than 580 booths. The expos will remain open from 10:30am to 8:30pm every day. — BSS

Job fair begins at RU

RAJSHAHI, Mar 13: A two-day job fair organised by the Rajshahi University Career Club (RUCC) began on the university campus on Wednesday. RU Pro-VC Prof Dr Ananda Kumar Saha inaugurated the fair on Sheikh Russel Model School playground. Around 20 participating companies have arranged on-the-spot interviews. Candidates and visitors of the fair can take part in the mock interview and sessions on the industry and business. A seminar will be held on Thursday at the Teacher Student Centre (TSC). — BSS
