The 176th meeting of the Board of Directors

of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held on Tuesday on a Virtual Platform. AKM Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company

and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA), presided over the meeting. The members of the Board of Directors approved unaudited financial statements for the period from January to September 2024. Vice Chairman Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Directors Naeema Hoque, Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Nazme Ara Husain, Md Murad Hossain, Independent Directors Md Mamunur Rashid and Shoharab Ali Khan, and Chief Executive Officer SM Mahbubul Karim
