NITOL INSURANCE HOLDS 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 27th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance PLC was held virtually on Sunday. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. EC Chairperson and Director Naeema Hoque, Directors Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Nazme Ara Husain, Md. Murad Hossain, Independent Directors Md. Mamunur Rashid and Md. Shoharab Ali Khan, Female Independent Director Israt Jahan Rimi, Chief Executive Officer S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Md Liakat Hossen were present in the meeting. Company Secretary Md. Mijanur Rahman moderated the meeting. The meeting approved 10% cash dividend for the year 2025. A considerable number of shareholders

joined the meeting.
