NRB Bank declares 12pc cash dividend

The fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held at Le Meridien Hotel in the capital recently. In the meeting, the NRB Bank declared 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2016. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors presided over the meeting.Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Md Mehmood Husain and other directors and high officials were present in the meeting.
