Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, Chairman of the Board, attended the event as the chief guest, while it was chaired by Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, says a press release.

Independent Directors Md. Abul Bashar and Md. Anwar Hossain; Chairman, Risk Management Committee Md. Nurul Haque; Chairman, Audit Committee Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA; and Deputy Managing Director & COO Muhammad Abdul Qaium Khan were present.

Divisional & zonal heads, and head of branches & sub?branches nationwide also participated. The business performance of 2025 has been reviewed and strategic priorities and targets for 2026 has been set at the event.

Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania set out a vision to transform NRBC Bank into a sustainable, well-governed, technology-driven institution by strengthening governance, enhancing risk management, and elevating customer service.

He emphasized automation, data-driven decision-making, and best-in-class corporate governance as core elements of the bank's long-term strategy. On CMSME financing, he noted that NRBC Bank has already developed a comprehensive, forward-looking strategy to expand credit to the sector through digital channels and tailored products such as nano-credit.

Md. Touhidul Alam Khan presented the 2025 results and set the 2026 roadmap, prioritizing NPL reduction and recovery from written-off accounts. He stressed scaling MSME financing through the bank's branch and field networks, mobilizing low-and no-cost deposits, and proactively reaching the unbanked. He called for coordinated, team-wide action to deliver these targets and strengthen the bank's financial resilience.

The conference reinforced NRBC Bank's strategic direction and commitment to sustainable and customer-centric growth.
