NRBC Bank holds outreach training on general banking and microfinance

NRBC Bank's Human Resource Training and Development Center (HRTDC) organised outreach training programmes in Rajshahi to enhance efficiency, transparency, and risk management in general banking and microfinance operations. The three training sessions titled "General Banking Operation and NI Act," "Microfinance Credit Operation and Risk Management," and "Addressing Challenges in Banking Operation for Achieving Service Excellence" were held on April 4, 5, and 6. The sessions were attended by HRTDC Head & SEVP Fahmida Chowdhury, Chief Legal Officer and SVP S.K. Tareq Nawaz, Head of SME Business Division & VP Md. Romjan Ali Bhuiyan, and Head of Rajshahi Zone & SVP Asim Kumar Das.
