The bank announced 10% Dividend (5% Cash Dividend and 5% Stock Dividend) in this AGM.
ONE Bank's Executive Committee Chairman Zahur Ullah, Directors of the Board A.S.M Shahidullah Khan, Shawket Jaman, Salahuddin Ahmed and Managing Director M. Fakhrul Alam, Company Secretary John Sarkar along with Senior Executives of the Bank were present in the meeting.
Directors Kazi Rukunuddin Ahmed and Syed Nurul Amin joined the AGM by using digital platform from Chattogram.
Besides a large number of shareholders participated by using the digital platform.
