The 25th annual general meeting (AGM) of Paschimanchal Gas Company Limited (PGCL), a subsidiary of Petrobangla, was held at Petrocentre at Kawranbazar in Dhaka recently. Petrobangla Chairman and shareholder of the company Zanendra Nath Sarker along with other shareholders and members of the Board of Directors attended the AGM presided over by Md Ziaul Haque, PGCL Chairman and Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The audited financial statements and accounts for fiscal year 2023-24 were approved at the meeting.
