Prime Bank gets new company secretary

Prime Bank PLC has announced the appointment of Nayamul Hoque FCS as the Company Secretary recently.

Mr Hoque has been serving with Prime Bank since 2023 under the Board Secretary & Corporate Affairs Division, says a press statement.

Prior to joining Prime Bank, he was the Company Secretary of ACI Formulations. He brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience in reputed organisations such as Lanka Bangla Securities Limited, UCB Capital Management Limited and ACI PLC.

Nayamul Hoque is a Fellow Chartered Secretary (FCS) and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. His professional expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal affairs.
