RHTi partners with American institute

Regency Hospitality Training Institute (RHTi) has partnered with American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHELI) as the only Global Academic Partner GAP Institute in Bangladesh, says a statement.

US Ambassador Marcia Bernicat announced the formal launching of the partnership at a ceremony as the chief guest at the celebration hall of Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort recently.

Chairman of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation Akhtaruzzaman Khan Kabir chaired the ceremony as the special guest.

This event was hosted by Shahid Hamid, Chief Adviser of RHTi and Executive Director of Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort.

Dignitaries from over the hospitality and tourism industry, hotel brand owners, general managers from the biggest hotel brand names and educators were present at the ceremony.

Established in 1953, the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) is the training and education arm of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and the premier source for delivering quality hospitality education, training and professional certification.
