The road show on IPO of ICB AMCL CMSF Golden Jubilee Mutual Fund was held in Chattogram on Thursday A road show was held in Chattogram on Thursday on the initial public offering (IPO) of the ICB AMCL CMSF Golden Jubilee Mutual Fund, says a press release.
The mutual fund has been formed by the Capital Market Stabilisation Fund (CMSF) and the ICB Asset Management Company Limited (IAMCL).
The road show was held at the Chattogram branch of the ICB Securities Trading Company Ltd. The mutual fund will raise Tk 1.0 billion (100 crore) from the market by issuing units with the face value of Tk 10 each. The trustee of the fund is Bangladesh General Insurance Company Ltd (BGIC) while the BRAC Bank Ltd is the custodian. The ICB Asset Management Company Ltd is its asset manager. The subscription period is Aug 17-24, 2022.
Present at the road show were ICB deputy general manager and branch chief Md Ruhul Kabir, ICB Asset Management Company Ltd senior executive officer Sheik Rizwan Rashed, ICB Securities Trading Company Ltd senior executive officer and branch manager Md Sarwar Alam and ICB Capital Management executive officer and branch manager Abu Saleh Md Manjur Morshed.
