SBAC Bank hands over cheque to BB startup fund

SBAC Bank PLC has handed over a cheque to transfer funds to Bangladesh Startup Investment Company PLC, established by Bangladesh Bank to make equity investment more accessible for technology-based and innovative entrepreneurs. Md. Rabiul Islam, Additional Managing Director of SBAC Bank, handed over the cheque worth more than Tk 25.8 million from the bank's investable fund to Nawshad Mostafa, Director at the SME and Special Programmes Department (SMESPD) of the central bank on Tuesday. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, EVP & Head of Credit, along with other officials from both organisations, were present on the occasion.
