Seminar on bond automation held

A stakeholder awareness seminar on AS-IS Process of Bond Management was held at a city hotel on Tuesday to help implement the bond automation process in the country.

The Bond Management Automation Project (BMAP) under the National Board of Revenue (NBR) organised the seminar, according to a press release issued on Thursday.

NBR member (Customs, Export and Bond) and also BMAP project director Sultan Md Iqbal gave the opening speech at the function.

Romel Khandaker, project consultant of Synesis IT-TTEC JV, an international consultancy firm, which is providing technical assistance to the project, gave a presentation on the BMAP.
