Shahjalal Islami Bank provides financial assistance to farmer

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme, Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC provided Tk 500,000 in financial assistance to a poor farmer and rickshawpuller of Muradnagar upazila in Cumilla on Monday for the treatment of his wife and child. Managing Director (Current Charge) of the bank Imtiaz U. Ahmed handed over the donation cheque to the farmer and rickshawpuller, Md. Mehedi Hasan, at a function held at the Corporate Head Office of the bank. SEVP & Company Secretary of Shahjalal Islami Bank Md. Abul Bashar, SAVP Md. Jakir Hossain, In-Charge of Public Relations Division and Bank Foundation K. M. Harunur Rashid and Executive Officer of Bank Foundation Md. Kamal Miah were also present.
