Shimanto Bank launches the Bangla QR Code service at its head office recently. Shimanto Bank has launched the Bangla QR Code service recently. Bangla QR is a QR code-based payment system developed to simplify digital payments.
Customers of Shimanto Bank can now easily make purchases by using the Bangla QR code through the CONNECT Internet Banking App.
By utilising this service, customers can very easily pay for purchased goods by scanning any merchant's QR code using the bank's Internet Banking App, CONNECT, on their smartphones.
The Bangla QR service was inaugurated at a ceremony held at Shimanto Bank's head office. Mohammad Azizul Hoque, Managing Director & CEO (CC), Md. Sahidul Islam, Head of Business, Shahneela Islam Shanil, Head of Brand & Corporate Affairs and IDPD, and Sharif Zahirul Islam, Head of Cards & ADC, along with senior officials were present at the launching ceremony, says a press statement.
